Terms of Use
These Terms govern participation in the “20 years of Grafit” campaign and receipt of the free mini-pack of photos (the “Materials”) provided by Grafit (“we”). By entering your email and clicking the button, you accept these Terms.
1. What we offer
In exchange for your email, we send you an email with a link to download the mini-pack, free of charge. Ticking the separate marketing consent box is not a condition for receiving the gift.
2. Who can participate
Participation is open to people aged 21 or older who provide a valid email address that belongs to them. Entering someone else’s address without their permission is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use of the form
- do not submit the form using automated means or create artificial load;
- do not attempt to bypass anti-spam protection or rate limits;
- do not use the campaign to send spam to third parties.
4. Rights to the Materials
All rights to the Materials belong to Grafit and/or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials in accordance with the terms included with the mini-pack itself. Reselling or redistributing the Materials as your own is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
5. No warranties
The Materials and the service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grafit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in the campaign or use of the Materials.
7. Personal data and third-party services
To run the campaign we rely on third-party providers — including Resend (email delivery) and Google (storing submissions). How we process your data and share it with these providers is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may change these Terms and the campaign parameters (including the contents of the mini-pack). The current version is published on this page.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
